Medicare + supplement will = a big increase in HC premium costs, but coverage should be better.

Will likely move overseas, as USA HC quality and coverage is not always so great.

So no matter what happens, they know they'll be fine. They may not be able to pay for their kids' college education, but other than that, they know they're set. They wouldn't have risked the security of their children on a song and a dream.

So not sure what he made or what they saved but I will say that most folks who do something such as this don't measure "security" with just cash.
