Alright, so then let's just go ahead and tell youModerator cut: edit what you wrote..
Being atheist does not make someone bad.
Being Christian does not make someone good.
There's plenty of examples of bad Christians. I'd hate to throw the Hitler, Crusades, and Pedophile priest cards, but hey. Charles Manson's cult was based on Christian beliefs. The Catholic Church supported the government responsible for the Rwandan Genocide, and some priests even took part in it.
Stalin's Holodomor was not orchestrated to eliminate Christians in the Ukraine because Stalin was atheist. Instead, the Holodomer was a politically motivated attempt to sanction the Ukraine and put a damper on Ukrainian nationalism.
Wait, now where else have we heard of countries using sanctions...............

The 20th Century has been the bloodiest century in all of history. And humanism has proven to be the most destructive religion of all time. Far more people have been killed in the name of atheism than by all other religions combined.
Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin was responsible for killing over 40 million people. Joseph Stalin closed down over 48 000 churches, and attempted the liquidation of the entire Christian Church.
The whole article, linked in the OP is an attack on Atheism..I see no good discussion coming from this as has already been proven in most of the posts here...
With that in mind I believe we can rest this one..
Anyone who opened the link would also see that the OP did not state his opinion but gave a snippet and a link to the article
