Since your comment came just after a statement that Noah's people could do genetic manipulation, I could not be sure of your beliefs.

That's what I have learned here. If you can conceive of something, no matter how outlandish, and disregarding any evidence to the contrary or complete lack of evidence, the world is your oyster and anything goes, and should be considered just as valid as any other conclusion.
