Do you REMEMBER what TIME you ate, shower, drink, or night you fell asleep 26 years AGO??? The exact time, day. and hour??? I do not and i expect everyone here not either. But we do remember what we ate, drink, and slept yesterday.
This is just a daily reminder that ONLY the PRESENT MOMENT is REAL. As the TIME passes the present FADES away into NOTHING. Live your life and do not beat yourself up over nothing everybody.

Life is not an illustion, rather it is what you make with/of it!
While much of the worthless things I've done in the past are 'nothing' - as sand swept away by the winds,
the good, 'solid as a brick' things I've done in the past, become 'stacked and cemented' as a strong building,
providing shelter during storms,
home for more life beyond mine own,
a much greater and clearer distant view towards the horizon,
and puts me that much closer up to the beautiful stars at night.
One witness of God, and He will remind you of many things that happened, that you forgot years and years ago, and when you pass from this world your whole life will be shown back to you by the living God ........ your life may be living a dream but God remembers everything, not in condemnation but to show you what your life was
My two dogs have been gone for 12 and 14 years. Obviously they were part of my past and I dont remember what we did at a specific time during their lives but I have so many memoried from them and never regret having spent many years with them. Not an illusion because it was in the past but mostly great memories.

Worse than that, when you go to work you no longer have a wife, kids or a cat but ehen you go home you no longer have a job.
