Why don't you tell us why you think they would say that? What are you like? Interests? Hobbies? etc???
Same opinion here. I can't believe more than one girl have told you that "you are not interesting enough". Maybe you should talk and be around people who shares your interests and hobbies, they will find you interesting, unless you don't have any hobby, interest or passion.
Edit: oh, I see you've already asked what boring is on another thread. Sounds like you're too introspective.
Try this: if you don't know how to be interesting, be INTERESTED. Make someone else feel interesting by asking about them. Interview people you meet. Act like you care. People will think you are more interesting and less shy if you treat them like you want to know what makes them tick.
People who overanalyze everything and focus only on themselves and their own precious feelings are about as boring as it is possible for a human being to be.
How outgoing/funny are you? What do you do for fun? Do you play video games? Get rid of those if you do and get a grown up hobby. Join an MMA gym and learn how to knee a man in the face with his head restrained in a muay-thai plumb. Thats pretty damn interesting
