My husband loves potato salad, but I mostly eat low carb, so he learned to make it in the pressure cooker!

His recipe:
Cut up red potatoes and cook with eggs at pressure for 4 minutes.
Add mayo, cider vinegar, and chopped red onion.

Heavy cream never goes bad here. We use it in our coffee. And I use it as a substitute for regular milk as I’m lactose intolerant and heavy cream doesn’t upset me.

I didn't know heavy cream is low in lactose, but it makes sense; I can eat butter and aged cheese without issues, even though cream cheese and yogurt give me issues.
