I found this website where you can discuss real estate per zipcode

Any others out there similar to this?

It's been my experience that on Trulia, most (if not all) of your replies will be from Realtors and occasionally Loan Officers. I don't know if you're interested in that type of "discussion". The questions get fed to agents who requested that zip code - and of course we're all looking for business ;-)

Answers from Realtors and loan officers can provide valuable information about what is going on in real estate in the area.

Truth is that the average citizen who has only bought 1-2 houses in his lifetime isn't going to really know much about real estate in the area.

The Trulia board in my area is pretty inactive. The few questions that come are are mostly geared toward renting.
