Disciplinary Action, from the current NC Real Estate Commission Bulletin:

"The Commission found that the firm listed residential properties for sale in a “limited” capacity by only inputting information, provided by its seller-client, into the Multiple Listing Service for a flat fee. The Firm failed to verify the information used to market the property in the MLS."

This is great, actually. We have too many misleading listings.
I have absolutely no beef with "Entry Only" or "Limited Service" listings, but I have a significant beef with inaccurate data.

Misleading listings aren't limited to FSBO companies. I must have looked at two dozen homes through full service brokers last year and found one or more bits of misleading information at every one of them.

Irrelevant, but dealt with if you read my post.
Plenty of agents get turned in regularly for bad behavior. This was one of several. A licensee who lists and enters data without visiting the property tends to make the most egregious misrepresentations.

Too many REALTORS® will enter a listing without ever seeing the property, enter square feet without measuring, etc.
It is most prevalent among Entry Only firms, particularly those from out of the area who list without seeing.
