As stated, I wish you the very best in this next phase, and hope it's the best of your life.

With that said, I hope that doesn't mean we don't hear from you anymore.

I was born in Northampton, MA, but my father lived in Stonington, CT. We often went to lunch in Pawcatuck, RI. The Rhode Island town property taxes seemed pretty high, so I hope you have a reasonable future home.

Best of luck in the next phase of your life. Hope you enjoy the cooler summers! My MIL lived in a one-story townhouse, and it was lovely and easy to live in.

Yes, taxes are high. We found a great place and feel it was a ground floor opportunity. Phase one sold out in 6 days. Prices for Phase 2 have already increased by $20K and upgrade costs have also increased.

I love Northampton, MA! Have friends who went to college there. Oh, and Pawcatuck is in CT. Pawtucket is in RI…just on the other side of the state…sits between Providence and Attleboro, MA.

Enjoy!
Strongly, strongly considering a move back to California (Sacramento) myself. If I pull the trigger target date is likely early year 2026...

Safe travels and good luck in your next chapter. Do tell us about your experience at the coast. That will be our next experience away from the triangle.

Flies. I've never seen so many flies as I have in NC.

Best of luck, we just did the same. After 18 years in Holly Springs we decided to move as well. We didn't move for the "final chapter", quite the opposite. We're at the age where we make enough money to do fun stuff and are still young enough to enjoy it. Moved right to downtown Boston with everything at our fingertips and non-stop flights wherever we want to go.

Will never speak ill of my time in NC. It was exciting to be a part of the growth of Holly Springs. Great place to raise a family and great people.
