I purchased a pair of tickets to see Steve Miller 28th , online. I wasn't aware they defaulted to 'Will Call' as indicated on many posts here. Regardless, I will not be able to attend - Family Wedding I forgot about. I have been trying to figure out how to unload these tickets . According to Ticketmaster, no option but to show up with order number, credit card I used and a photo I'd of the cc holder. ME . I contacted Ticketmaster asking if I could change the delivery method of my tickets. (Anything but Will Call) Absolutely not.

Does anyone know of a way I can resolve this problem? First option is to sell them. Second is refund.

I did not see any information about a refund - only if you request the refund prior to 72 hours after purchase.

Thanks for any ideas!!! HELP

Call the venue and talk to an actual human. Tell them the situation and see if they will change the name on your will call envelope. I've been able to accomplish this at other venues and I am guessing that you can do the same at DPAC. Just be nice when calling since there will actually be a human being on the other end of the call. Good Luck!

Yes, DPAC will change the name on the will call. I did this when Rent came to town a few months ago and had to be in DC due to a family emergency. I wanted to give the tickets to a friend, so I called DPAC and gave them her name.
