Looking for a nice venue for a outside wedding & indoor reception..100-150 guest max..If the place would allow outside catering that would be great. Just not looking to pay $29-$32 pp..Any suggestions? there was a castle that i found in Apex however I lost the information & i'm not able to locate it again..

Check out Duke Gardens. They're relatively affordable and allow you to select your own caterer.

What's your budget for the venue?

We got married at Barclay Villa, which I believe is the castle you referenced. It's in Angier though, not Apex. It was gorgeous there and they do have a nice outdoor area for a wedding and you can have your reception in their ballroom. I'm not sure if they allow outside catering as it's been a few years since my wedding and we had them cater it in-house. Best of luck!

B&B Country Garden Inn > Home
I think you can "tent" the outside part of the wedding....

Some friends of mine got married at Durant Nature Park, and it was one of the best I've attended. They got married on a large porch overlooking the lake, and the reception was held inside the same building, which is like a big wilderness lodge. It's off Durant (naturally enough), not far from US1.
