That is the only way the data would support their allegations. Most of that stuff comes down the Peace River from the ranch runoffs.

Seems like every other day I can hear the pounding of the pile driver hammering these new pilings. Glad I don't live closer. If I lived on or just off Edgewater, it would drive me nuts.

I'm a little over two miles away as the bird flies and can hear it at my house. Can't be fun for those that live nearby.

Notice of Traffic Update - Intersection of Edgewater Drive and Harbor Boulevard


PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. (April 28, 2015) – The intersection of Edgewater Drive and Harbor Boulevard will be transitioned from a traffic signal to a four-way stop effective Thursday morning, April 30, 2015.
Motorists are asked to use caution and obey signage while traveling through the area.
The final build-out will include new mast arms, traffic signals and pedestrian facilities. The Edgewater Drive Phase 2 Improvements Project is scheduled for completion in February 2017.

a lot of work has been done west of the sunrise drilling for utilities under the canal and now this week they started digging up the lawns from harbor to the sunrise waterway this morning my neighbor across the canal got his lawn removed. me they wont touch

heres a few more photos from the last 2 weeks
they drilled under the canal and came up over here with underground utilities conduits


brought in a lot of dirt across edgewater

and made ponds

and east spring lake bridge is half gone while new pilling are going in being drivin in from the old bridge
as they take up old spans they drive new piling in the center

the past few day its been a ghost town aside from 1/6 dozen workers on springlake bridge nothing happening not enough workers. where is everybody no wonder its going to take 2 years

Whats The Chance we can get the Charlotte Sun out here ? This makes the accusation of fixed bids all the more believeable.... If This Had Been an HONEST Bid System.. they would be under the gun for every milestone / Payday..
