I have been watching the buildup of the storefronts being build this year on the North side of 89A. The Chevy PU truck (made of stone~like a rock says GM!) is really a fountain. I saw the fountain running one day, the water runs out of the bed of the truck and down to be recycled. Looks nice to me anyway.

I'm just happy to get something closer to eat whether its A&W or not. Won't have to drive as far for a burger when not feel like cooking at home. Hope this spurs more development in the future. Would love to see another Bosa Donuts close by and some other restaurants.

With Slim Chickens expanding 32 locations throughout AZ, hopefully they can get a location on the north side of PV near A&W.

When is this place opening? They're taking their sweet time. Stuff down in the Valley gets built at a much quicker pace.
