The person referred to as "Employee #5" in various investigation and indictment documents, revealed his identity back in March and sat down for an interview. He goes into detail about what he saw, did, was told, as well as his working and personal relationships with the indicted co-conspirators. I hadn't seen this before, but I watched the whole interview. If you haven't watched it, it's worth a look.

"What difference does it make?"

Joe Biden had unsecured classified documents all over the place and CNN doesn't give a damn.

Can someone post a definitive timeline of the boxes...

Were these 15 boxes packed while Trump was at the WH or after he'd left.

Apparently the 15 boxes ended up with the GSA where they'd stored them for a while.

The GSA had them but then they were shipped to MAL shortly before the raid.

The FBI had then raided MAL and found the 15 boxes at MAL.

So, if this guy helped move these particular 15 boxes from MAL to an airplane that was headed for NJ, how is it that those particular boxes were still at MAL?

Why did Joe Biden have classified documents (unlike Trump, he had zero rights to them) sitting in a storage unit in China Town? Doesn't that seem very strange?

What is your source for this?

If the 15 boxes were amongst those packed by the transition team at the office space leased for them by the GSA for this purpose, they were shipped directly from there to either MAL or the storage facility in Pam Beach, Life Storage.

Apart from leasing office space, providing requested packaging materials, funds distribution, and assisting with the shipping and subsequent winding down of office space, the GSA had no role in actively packing the President’s office.

The boxes (6 pallets) went directly from the transition office space to Florida. 2 pallets to MAL and 4 to Life Storage. Apart from a point person to assist with the loading of the pallets to UPS couriers, the GSA had nothing to do with the documents or whatever was contained in the boxes.

They didn’t “store them for a while”, the boxes remained at the leased office space until they could be couriered as requested by Trump's team, there were a couple of delays due to weather.

The bills of lading are quite clear on the timeline (at the bottom of this email chain):

We don’t know if Trump or any of his aides took documents/keepsakes/momentos directly from the WH when leaving. By accounts, because Trump did not agree with the election results, the logistical transition from the WH was last minute and chaotic.

But the provenance of the boxes shipped by Trump’s team with the assistance of the GSA after Trump departed the WH is documented in the email chain.

It was discussed in this thread:

"from an unsealed transcript of witness interview." :

"...GSA had approximately six pallets of items, boxes I believe, that were stored in Virginia."

One of Trump’s former lawyers in this case who quit explained it all on a Shawn Ryan podcast. Trump was the second president ever who was not given a secured file location to be used, every single other recent president has been given one. He also said none of the files contained anything remotely important, those are never given to leaving presidents. He also said the White House is so poorly managed/run that they never really know where and what is gone, not surprising via government not being efficient.
