It might be a fact, but you have to do better than the NY Post. It's a trashy rag, although it can be entertaining to read at times.

Where have they been getting all of the money to support illegals... what things has the city been cutting or doing without so they could have the money to spend on the illegals. $12 billion isn't chump change and that is what they're estimating they will be spending, but that isn't how much they had already been spending. Some programs in that city are doing without because of it. And if illegals keep coming to this country and end up in NYC, which is happening, then that cost is only going to go up, and up.

He was sick. Heart attacks don't just happen for no reason. There was an electrical or mechanical issue in his heart or arteriosclerosis from bad eating habits or some disease process. Your heart don't just 'blow up' due to stress without mitigating factors. Migrants aren't one of them.
