Trump voters don't care how many charges, indictments or even convictions he has. The Constitution doesn't bar a convicted felon from taking office, so it's really irrelevant. If elected, he'll just pardon himself.
I don't see how any Republican will ever win another presidential election, no matter who the democrat running against them is.
The Democrats and the 90% of the entire media that is essentially the propaganda arm of the DNC have done a number of things that virtually guarantee that unless the Republican is winning by a Reagan-Mondale margin, they'll bag the win.
They have made the populace truly believe that they do not, will not and can not cheat, while also convincing you that the Republicans do.
They import 10-12 million new Democrat annually at the southern border.
They are the big government (outspokenly so, where the GOP lies about it and misses on the propaganda win) that tells you flat out they'll use taxpayer money to buy your vote.
They have media, entertainment and the universities in their back pocket, who all benefit financially (via taxpayer money and favorable legislation) to stay in that pocket.
Honestly, all non-lefties in this country should resign themselves to the one party future where Republican wins are doled out here and there to make the game look legit, but never to the degree that Republicans could form any semblance of true opposition to Democrat hegemony.

Hillary was leading in all the polls in 2016 and was expected to win against Trump in a landslide. Once Comey came out two weeks before the election to reveal the feds found more emails her goose was cooked.
If something similar happens to Trump such as being convicted of one or more of his many crimes or more classified docs found etc Biden will win.
If anyone cared about sleazy Democrat efforts to prevent Trump from running, he wouldn't be leading in every swing state or the national popular vote, but he is.
