well, with the exception of the entire founding. there are no requirements for what people can be sworn in on, but a comic book screams man-child…and i would question a man-child’s judgment.

Again he actually put his hand on the Constitution. He also included personal items that were important to him underneath the Constitution, his Citizenship certificate since he was proud when he became a citizen, a picture of his parents to honor them, and a Comic Book, which is how he learned to read and write English as a child after immigrating from Peru.

Now I am not assuming you in particular did vote Trump but just pointing out the hypocrisy of people who did vote for such a person who violated so many of the established "traditions" complaining about someone else's quirky violation of established traditions.
Yep.

The "entire founding" of what?

Castigating a "man-child" is interesting, given the electoral decisions of the recent past.

Not Trump specifically, or solely, no. There's plenty of fodder to choose from over the past decade or so. Both sides of the aisle.

from the congressperson:

“ For all of you upset that I still read comics and suggesting that I need to do more serious reading .. um... anyone who understands comics knows that comics are an essential part of American fiction. And the lessons learned are invaluable.”

i really want to vomit at my generation. sworn into office on a Superman comic. these people are a joke and will represent their constituents with the same degree of hilarity. Typical narcissistic behavior. “ it’s all about me”
Fiction is fiction.
