It’s sad this happened. It seems to have ruined his life.

"Transgenders can be hot... You may have had a crush on one in the past, and didn't even know it..."

-The left

Lefty clowns will play tricks on your mind if you let them... It's scary how we as a society so willingly allow them to scramble the minds of young people. It's no mystery how America arrived at this precarious point...

He/She just didn't have the facial bone structure to pull this off.

Now here's a great example of someone who had all the underlying features to seamlessly step into full womanhood:

I'm sad for anyone who has issues and struggles with anything that is that distressing. It's a hard way to live.

However, this is a grown man who is now complaining that after an hour with a psychologist, they said "I was transgender" and offered hormones and treatment.

Surely he knew he was transgender, and didn't need a psychologist to tell him so, that he then took the word of after a one hour consultation? He had already begun transitioning, in his own words. He would have been seeking exactly what he was granted.

He is my age, nearly 60, not 12. At what point do we as adults take some responsibility for the decisions we make? He says he does but clearly lays blame everywhere else.

Beck said that when he began transitioning, it took just an hour-long meeting at Veterans Affairs to be offered hormones.

“I walked into a psychologist’s office [and] in one day I have a letter in my hand saying I was transgender. I was authorized for hormones. I was authorized all this other stuff,” Beck said.
I'm sorry he's not happy and it didn't work for him.

But I feel there's a huge movement brewing where people are now finding alternate fame and attention coming out as "detransitioners" - people that were never going to be happy no matter what route they took. And there are people now waiting in the wings to take advantage of that.

There are plenty of transgender people who have gone on to flourish after transitioning, and they way outnumber people who are not happy.

There are even people who have detransitioned who realised that they were actually transgender after all.

Basically nothing is ever going to completely change your life for the better, not getting new boobs, not getting a nose job, not winning the lottery. Everything has its downside.

(and for the most part, I don't support minors getting medical intervention for gender issues.)

Transgenderism was a mental illness up until 2019. WHO then said it was no longer a mental illness but a natural sexual behavior

And they really gave no reason why

Removing your penis surely is not going to make one happy. Seems kinda “duh.”

The worst part is that the DSM is the proverbial Bible for the entire mental health field so when they make changes, hundreds of thousands of professionals who want to remain in good standing with their professional associations (which play into state laws and licensing) MUST comply with the nonsense.

Took me one quarter to get in trouble for my beliefs when I was in a marriage and family therapy program. I chose to walk rather than admit any guilt and take the ridiculous punishment they wanted to mete out, and I couldn’t be happier with that choice. Sadly, it means me and others like me are not entering the field and the whole thing will be unavoidably woke in the next maybe decade.
