Speaking to Channel 2 news Tuesday, Peres said that he and Abbas had essentially reached a draft agreement on “almost all issues” and that an accord was being readied, after a series of secret meetings in Jordan.

What was "Almost"? Do you have the list of the details?



Fyi to others: President of Israel is largely an apolitical powerless ceremonial figurehead role. To ensure the apolitical nature of the role, the president may "neither intervene politically nor express personal views on issues that divide the public".

Hmm, interesting. Do you have a source? I don't doubt it but I'd love to see a source. In the long run, it shows that poLIEticians protect the sociopolitical elites, & are often corrupt.
