Here's Beck's take on health care in India, where he praises the US care, and basically takes potshots at the Indian people. He even mocks their holy river. What a guy.
....your dues and your fees and your willingness not to recognize who your unions have been from the beginning are empowering communists, racists and those who will be responsible for destroying our country and then monopolizing — coming in and using those events to gain even more power.

Bull, we are one of or maybe the only country that will treat illegals without any costs to them. All they have to do is walk into any emergancy room, in any hospital in any state.
