Wow, Bibit! I like them both, but I especially like the Tungsten WB version. Will have to play with miy similar photos from that day in PSE and see what I can come up with.

Ok, solved - its officially a pattern!
This was a glitter table top in the main show room on the Cruise ship I was on a couple of months ago. I was intrigued by the way the lights were bouncing off the glitter and thought I had to try and capture it... so I laid the camera flat on the table, tilted it down a bit, put it in macro mode (what else? hahha) and altered the camera to different settings.
I wasn't sure which one was going to turn out, if any because of the ongoing performance on stage, I had to leave the display light off - shot this blind - how hard could that be though, really?! hahaha
In Iraq, I was rarely able to hold the camera where I could see the display and learned how to get the subjects in frame without relying on the image in the display. Took a lot of practice, but eventually I figured it out and most of the time it worked out ok.
