Cumberland Falls in Corbin, KY. Kind of hard to tell from the pic, but it's a 69 foot drop. It's the second largest falls East of the Mississippi River.

This was taken yesterday at our local children's museum rainforest area. Now to figure out how to post an actual picture and not a thumnail. This is the first day I have used my camera.

InLondon,

I am not trying to bust your chops or nuthin', but I am a waterfall fanatic. Cumberland Falls is not even the tallest in your state. And there are many many more east of the Mississippi River that are taller;

Anglin Falls, Berea KY. Anglin Falls (75 feet)

Another "hidden" waterfall, which is accessible to almost everyone, is Ozone Falls.
Located just a couple of miles from I-40, it is a 100+ foot waterfall with a nice basin
and pool at the base. It is well worth the short drive.

Virgin Falls is the 'icing on the cake'; like a giant fire hydrant cooling the kids on a
hot summer day, it spews a stream of water from a cave near the top of the cliff.
This stream plunges 110 feet only to disappear in another cave at the bottom.

Ruby Falls is one of Chattanooga's prime tourist attractions. In a cave,
well underground, this 145 foot waterfall is the king of underground waterfalls.
It is located within Lookout Mountain just south of Chattanooga.

Amicalola Creek forms Amicalola Falls, Georgia's highest waterfall, by tumbling
729 feet down the steep side of Amicalola Mountain in six cascades.

High Shoals Falls (northwest of) Helen Height: 25ft/100ft

Tallulah Falls is actually composed of six separate falls: Tempesta (76 ft),
Hurricane (the tallest at 96 feet)

Toccoa Falls is on the campus of Toccoa Falls College, several miles north of
Toccoa on GA-17-Alt. Depending upon water flow, this 186 foot waterfall drops in a thin
thread or as a wider bridal veil.

Pisgah National Forest-On the Mills River near Pink Beds, 135 feet of drop are probably
enough of an inducement to get you to make the 2.5 mile, rugged hike
(the trail is very rough and steep).

Just west of Highlands on US-64, just past Lake Sequayah, is a fun waterfall:
the 120-foot Bridal Veil Falls.

Connestee Falls, Brevard NC-Just south (about 6 miles) of Brevard on US-276,
the twin falls (on your right) are about 110 feet high and are easily reached by a
staired walkway.

Dry Falls,Franklin/Highlands NC. The trail descends a series of steps to the base
of the 75-foot falls.

Issaqueena Falls, Walhala SC. Located in Stumphouse Tunnel Park, this nearly 200 foot
waterfall is one of the most visited in South Carolina. An old Cherokee Indian legend
relates that Issaqueena, a young maiden in the attempt to escape from pursuers, faked
her suicide by pretending to jump off the falls.

DeSoto Falls State Park (Fort Payne AL) the 104 foot DeSoto Falls

Little River Falls is a very special, but seasonal, waterfall: the 100+ foot high
Grace's High Falls. Starting as a cascade, it abruptly plummets about 90 feet
to the canyon floor.

I have been to many of these, and this is just a few taller than 69 feet east of the big river.

Default Little WaterFall

This is a quiet little waterfall on the Cherokee Highway in upstate SC. Nothing marking it, no fanfare, but I found it very tranquil.

LOL! Well, as I said, I am a waterfall fanatic. There is the little sticking point of the true definition of a waterfall compared to a cascade though. Pure vertical drop and stuff like that. But on this thread I truly did not try and bust chops... I have actually been to many taller than 69 feet is all.
