Please help! When I was 14, I traveled to Standing Rock reservation in Little Eagle, SD, and I befriended a boy (at that time he was 12 yrs old) whose name is Marlin Thompson. We became best friends, and he has been the only best friend I've had since I met him. I live in Iowa, so when I left, we kept in contact for a while, but his letters stopped coming. The last letter was from his mom who said that Marlin loves to get my letters, but as much as he loves my letters, he cannot write to me as often as he can. That was the last. Ever since then, it has remained a great mystery to me. I have tried to search for him, but to no avail. His mom (Wendy Thompson) said that he is the great great great ++++ grandson of Sitting Bull. I think (from my poor memory) that they lived not to far away from a building that used to be a church. It was a red and white striped building. He doesn't live too far from Oahe River because we swam in it before I left. I NEED HELP! Please...if you can help me, please do!
