Would appreciate any infomation concerning the death of my GG Uncle, Miles Bell. Allegedly killed in 1894 and buried in Toluca. His wife was Mary Caroline Leonard (Her 2nd Husband) and she is buried in St. Anne's Cemetery in Toluca (1960). Also, seeking my GG Uncle, John Hoover, a famer in Toluca and supposedly buried in Toluca ca 1940-1960. Thank you and have a great day.

Default Re:Bell/Leonard/Hoover

I must have some information for you. My father was Leonard Bell, my great grandmother was Mary Caroline Hoover. A relative did a search on her. All I know is that she married Miles Bell in PA. He was born December 21, 1861 in Ireland and died March 8, 1894 in Toluca, IL. He was killed in a mine accident. I can give you more information if you contact me.

Hi Allen, I was so happy to see this message from you. I've been trying to trace my husband's family. Mary Caroline Leonard was his great grandmother. I'm also looking for information on her as well as her parents.

Miles was killed in a mine accident in Toluca Illinois in 1894Bell/Leonard/Hoover-miles-bell-marsahll-county-il-coal

I know that Mary Caroline had no parent or guardians at the time she Married Miles. Her application for a marriage license to Miles Bell was through the Orphans Court in Cambria

I am looking for her parents, what happened to them?
