I went to school with a girl who's last name was Meece, her dad was from Albany, Ky(the county right below Russell County) but I do not know his name. There are a few Meeces here in Wayne County, but I do not know them personally or their histories, but Wayne County is directly across Lake Cumberland from Russell County, you might try contacting some of them.
