Trying to locate an old friend (phone, name, New Jersey, databases)

I am trying to locate Michael Heffernan (September 1949) who moved to New Jersey in the early 90's from Clearwater, FL. Last time I spoke with him he was living in Ocean City in the late 90's. I have tried locating him without any luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In Clearwater/St. Pete, he was a ship builder.

I have tried search engines and databases galore! I even checked to SS Death Index !!

There are lots of listings under his name. I have made phone calls with no luck.

I would love to talk to him or see him again!
