I am a Kansas City born woman with two grown suns that are now old enough to fend for themselves. I am looking to choose between Pcola and Tallahassee for a landing spot. I value public transportation, walkability, diversity and affordability. Please give your opinion on which spot is best for me. TIA

If those are the main factors you want, I would eliminate the FWB/Niceville/Destin area. Almost zero public transportation, nobody walks anywhere unless it's around neighborhoods, and definitely not hugely diverse nor affordable.
