Have to be up late for work sometimes, till 4am or later, have a nap during the day but still get damn tired lol think its my old age of 31 catching up with me, didn't have this prob in my 20's.
And yes this is relationships with one's self
Anyone have any tips to stay awake and alert? bare in mind don't drink coffee or do any drugs.
Caffeine of any sorts works for some people....Listening to music...
OR you could always see if there's someone on CD to speak naughty with, that usually wakes me right up in the morning
Warning: You just may have to take a COLD shower afterwards!!!!

Sounds like you just need more sleep on your off work hrs. Naps don't really cut it. You're going to have to work your sleep schedule around your work schedule, so that you can really get a good 7-8 hrs in.
