Pros:

Dependability
Even tempered
Sense of humor - preferably a whacked sense of humor

Cons (don't laugh...)

Poor spelling and punctuation and grammar (I know, I know...not just being lazy about it or slipping into slang, I'm talking not trying your best when it is important.)
Indecision
Someone allowing themselves to be used...badly...when they know better
Chronic tardiness

Most qualities have already been mentioned. But here's mine.

Turn ons;
-people who think before they speak.
-people who listen and try to understand.
-people who express opinions, and can elaborate.
-showing maturity in deed and thought.
-people who have curiosity about many things.
-I could list more turn ons, but they would be X rated.

Turn offs:
-fanatics (sports, religion, politics, social issues)
-people who believe raising the volume of an discussion will prove them right.
-liars, especially the kind, when caught, try to twist their story in a different way, or become hostile.
-people who say things and later deny having said it.
-people who litter chronically.
-people who busy themselves with trivia and gossip.
-people who hang on to grudges (over petty things) for years.
