Yes 99% likely barring something changing. Right now it's a matter of house hunting and trying to see what I can find. I may also try and find a rental if I don't find a house that I'm happy with. I feel like the market is going to turn a bit in buyer's favor along with hopefully the mortgage rates falling a bit by the end of the year. I'm aiming to move in the fall one way or another.

I lived in Huntington Beach and worked in Seal Beach for two glorious years. I'm from the East coast so the SoCal scene was completely different to me. I did love being close to LA, so many things to do and see. So if I had a choice, I'd pick Seal Beach, Long Beach, Belmont Shores areas. I do love Orange County and that drive down PCH was my favorite, but I'd prefer living closer to the big city.
