I tried to answer you msg a second time with positive inputs on a good school district in the area that you were interested it.

The towns that are in that district are

Seal Beach
Rossmore
Cypress
Los Alimitos


Old Town Seal Beach is our personal favorite. Erica actually lived there for 12 years before we moved over to Kauai Island, HI.

There are basically two sections of Seal Beach

OLD TOWN: ( Where Erica resided ).....small, friendly beach community, beautiful beach within walking distance, the pier, neat three block main street with quaint shops and restaurants, friendly people, and easy going life style. Even tho we now live in Dana Point, every time that I have medical appointment at the LONG BEACH VA.....afterwards we always stop in Seal Beach for a late lunch early dinner, walk main street, and out on the pier, and enjoy the good feelings and happy memories .

INLAND SEAL BEACH: Just across PCH ( Pacific Coast Hwy ), newer family residences, very nice area, and the east end of Seal...... The east end of Seal Beach borders Garden Grove. Do check on the school district. Probably as long as you have a Seal Beach Mailing address, you are in Los Alimitos Unified School District.

The other cities in the Los Alimitos Unified School District, that also are very nice areas are
Rossmore, Cypress, and Los Alimitos.

You can look up more information on all of the above....and then maybe come out out for a personal recon and perhaps find the area and home that would suit you and your family.

Please advise me, that you received this message. I very much wanted to get this positive information to you . ASAP after our hike to Strands Beach and the bluff / Headlands area over looking the ocean and dana point harbor.
