My husband has been out of work going on 2 months he got approved for unemployment but have not received a card yet. When we finally get ahold of someone they tell us to call the card company which we have been doing for 2 months but after being on hold for 2 hours it just hangs up any idea how we can get our card

My name is Jason i been out work for two month am on umployment but make no Sense because idk if i got approved or Denied but i be doing my weekly claim ever sunday but hadnt received nothing no letter no call call not even email saying if i got approved or Denied so go website check my claim money there but no card yet so fishing around Internet trying find answer but then out no where i put my contrler down step away for few mins as i went to kitchen get something drink as i got back to my computer said i been locked out am thinking what how did that happen so going to old website see what happen seem everything working just fine then notice Date hadnt changed yet still same then last week so got worried because idk what happen what have i done i check my email see if they had wrote to me explain why my account got locked out but hadnt received nothing so am paronid as hell on what happen
