That is also for a Charge Nurse!
Your working at the wrong hospital. My ex-wife and two sister in-laws all work at Oklahoma Heart Hospital. All three of them make over $70,000 per year. I do their taxes. That's the place to work in OKC.

Two opinions and I know too. Deaconess pays a tad more than OK Heart Hsp. 70,000 is for lots and lots of years and more schooling. Taking classes all the time. Yes you can make that but like I said being certified in many things like dialysis, chemo, many other things. Plus paying every year to renew your certification and your nursing license plus the insurance. Do teachers have to do all that. I to do know what Nurses make and if you have your BSN plus many other certifications plus years on the floor you can make that NOT TO MENTION LIFE AND DEATH SITUATIONS. With this walk out is anyone going to die?

Sounds like you need to grow a set and walk out. Nurses have been on strike before.

Ok. Deaconess doesn't pay more then the Heart Hospital. All three of these ladies only have their ADN and they are working 3, 12 hour shifts per week. They are all ALS certified. At OHH they don't do dialysis or chemo. There is a reason nurses pick OHH over other corporately owned hospitals. Maybe you should go check into stepping up.
