l own a 49 x 70 ft. lot on a corner in piney lake. the lot is 2 blocks from the swimming pool, showers and is only 6 blocks from boat ramp...I am going to build a tiny house, (see google images for tiny house ideas)... and l am so happy to be a new owner. call me...dan miller at 701.389.7546 and I will tell you more ...including where you can get a lot for $700 to $1000. a super bargain on good lots...by the way, taxes are $17 a year!

Yes, taxes are $17 on unimproved property. There is also the cost of bringing electric, well and sewer. The tiny houses are darling, but you can do the same with a single trailer for a lot less money. and still have space. The tiny house is claustrophobic to some because of the low ceilings and small, narrow rooms.
