Default Population of this area

...as of 2019:
Trumbull County (Warren etc.) population= 197,974
Mahoning County (Youngstown etc.) population=228,683
Columbiana County (Salem, Columbiana etc) population= 101,883
Total population of this area as of 2019 = 528,540

This is a fairly large population area to ignore (over half a million people !)

Basically, if each of us asks our favorite moderator. Along with a few others, I was able to start a small sub-fora on a pretty arcane subject, about 8 years ago.

Unfortunately, I don't know of any mods who are from or have lived in OH. That isn't a prerequisite, but it helps.

The Toledo forum often has long periods with no activity, but I still think its good to have as a centralized repository of information. For the same reason, a Youngstown forum makes sense. As it is now, the threads are spread out across too many subforums.

The Dayton forum has been dead lately as well, if there was a high number of active people on the Ohio forum a Hamilton/Middletown subforum could be justifiable as well, facebook is the center of attention right now.

I 2nd...er, 3rd...that motion...it would be nice to consolidate some local knowledge. I don't know the trends - maybe people don't post about Y-town because there is no forum : D
