My wife told me about a petition to change the name of a street back to Spruce Street and the expressway back to Central Scranton Expressway.

It should have never been changed. People should keep fighting the County- they are suppose to work for the people. Even if you have to take them to court.

This renaming is part and parcel of the democrats' plan to beatify dead politicians. In New York, they've renamed the Tappan Zee Bridge the "Mario Cuomo Bridge," the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel is now the "Hugh L. Carey Tunnel," and the new addition to Penn Station is the "Moynahan Train Hall." No doubt, the whole of Pennsylvania Station will shortly be renamed the Daniel Moynahan station. There are other examples.

Hopefully if he loses re-election they'll change it back. I feel embarrassed everytime I see those signs along I-81.

Biden isn't dead though, at least not completely though.

He also keeps coming here to campaign which makes the traffic terrible. If PA wasn't a swing state he wouldn't bother. I'm sick of him coming here, go campaign in Delaware.

Haven't been up your way in years but every Bridge you mention and Station I remember from years ago. I would not even know the new names. Not a good idea.

I read they do not even like him in Delaware.. so how did he win? He does not get thousands coming to see him.. Yet he wins as a President.

Yes I see him coming to Scranton, for what reason? Votes of course- there are stupid people who will vote for him.

The guy is brain dead.
