We moved up here from CT and are used to good italian award winning pizza that is all over new england area. Can't describe it, but havn't found that style here in NEPA yet.
Don't know much about pizza in CT but you won't find any pizzeria in NEPA that knows how to make it correctly. The only best pizza is in NY and the only place here in NEPA for NY-style bagels can be found at The Bagel Experience in Brodheadsville. Only place that makes them just as you'd find in NY. Fresh, huge, and delicious with coffee!!

So what is the definition of a "correctly" made pizza?

On my to-do list. Haven't found good NY bagels yet so looking forward to it.

I might get my NY card revoked. However, the pizza at Shoprite in Stroud Mall isn't bad. A tad greasy but love the cheese and sauce.

They are only open Wed - Sun but on weekends the line sometimes is out the door and down the strip mall sidewalk and no one minds waiting for them either....authentic NY-style bagels found nowhere else here in NEPA....

Try Vinnys brooklyn bagels in honesdale. I think they are exce!!ent. The owner grew up making bagels in nyc and then opened his own shop in nepa.
