I wouldn't count on that, its only going to cover a defective product. Defective products usually break quick. A "lifetime" warranty usually covers the products expected lifetime, not your lifetime. Read the fine print.

Used to work for one of the companies that was selling bath tub cover ups. Did not work for them but worked with some of there workers who also did kitchen refacing. Both of there product lines seemed to me to be nothing more than covering up the old crap as cheap and as fast as possible.
There big selling point was the time frame. Most of the tell you 3 days. Most of the time they are done on time but a quality job cannot be done in that time frame. Also the underlying problems are only covered up and not fixed. There warrenty probable does not cover that arise under there product.
Take my advise and get a repubale contractor to gut the bath room and start fresh.
