You forgot to lump Floridians into that list. They can't seem to figure out how to pick a speed and stick with it, don't seem to think tailgating is an issue, and don't seem to know how to dim their brights at night time. They also like to drive 10mph under the limit in the left lane and refuse to move over.

depends on what you determine is the definition of 'worst'.

ny drivers have experience driving in nycity where cabbies 'force' you to drive smart or you'll get run off the road.

ny drivers have a lot of skill, maybe they're 'aggressive' but being aggressive isn't usually a bad thing if you're doing it safely, its the slow pokes and people 'in the way' by being indecisive that cause more problems.
