The city really doesn't want that dealership there. It's a brownfield! So you're not going to easily find anyone who wants it. It's next to a highway as well. That sight has a number of issues and the city seems to have their head in the clouds about many of them.

That's my feeling as well. If the land was so desirable and a developer was able to make it work, why has it sat unused for so long.
