Hilarious. He didn't "pay Stormy for sex." He paid her later on - "Daniels was paid the $130,000 shortly before the 2016 election in return for keeping publicly silent about the alleged encounter." But as someone else said, what he's charged with is falsifying business records to cover it up.
And who cares if women charge for sex? Who's paying for it LOL... and are they being forced into it. Aww... poor guys...
WTS, women are arrested for selling sex wayyyy more times then men are arrested for buying it.
As for Maxwell Azzarello who burned himself, yes he has since died. I'm sorry his mental illness took him.
Interesting how the media doesn't mention that or did I miss that little detail hidden in the BS Cohen gave the money to stormy.
While I don't think this is a reason to change venue or declare a mistrial (there are other reasons to support a venue change from my book), I don't get the extent that some are going to in order to disassociate this guy from being anti-Trump. The very sign he held up before setting himself on fire was anti-Trump. That it was also anti-Biden doesn't change that point. Note, news of this guy's social media makes clear which side of the political aisle he was on, too, and it wasn't the right. Specifically, he preached being a proponent of "unity" among the left and described himself as an anarcho-communist. Seems like he had a problem with politicians of all stripes who aren't as anarcho-communist or leftist as him.
The point remains his actions had absolutely nothing to do with the Trump trial, it was simply near the location he chose probably due to the coverage. In his long manifesto he didn't mention the trial or charges once. Yet posters here apparently want to discuss the intricacies and merits of the case when it has absolutely nothing to do with this crazy man setting himself on fire.

Turns out he was an organ donor and his kidneys went to two people on the national wait list.
That is good. Every story needs a happy ending.
At least his entire wretched, worthless, useless life has not been for completely nothing. That is a huge benefit for the two people whose lives he saved or improved. It is a big deal that his death helped two other people. Kudos to him for that.
There is not a single person in America that is 100% law abiding knowingly or unknowingly. Laws and regulations in America are created to enforce authority over people. It is not meant to keep people honest otherwise there wouldn't be enough jails to keep all of the politicians that are publicly have broken the law.
Nancy Pelosi has publicly broken the senate finance regulation of buying and selling stocks they are about to pass the law on. Chief Justice Roberts broken the ethics law by buying and owning stocks that he was going to rule on. Where is the outrage here?
Because those people are under the radar vs Trump. But Pelosi at the time was more powerful than Trump as the House Leader and Chief Justice Roberts arguably more powerful than any President.
Are you saying you can't encapsulate it? It's fine if you can't. All I'm asking for is a layman's explanation of the indictment.
Trump is alleged to have committed creative bookkeeping (a misdemeanor) that's elevated to a felony because of a second crime. What is the second crime, and was he ever charged with that second crime?
