Who appointed him? Can we start electing people with an audit background to the position of comptroller? Math is not political. It shouldn’t be too hard to find someone with the appropriate financial skillset for this role.

Message is out in the open for those who are a bit obtuse.
Middle class citizens don’t matter. They are not even wanted in the city or anywhere near.
Illegals and welfare crowd is the priority. Proof is all over.

Before they would hide it. Now they’re not even hiding it. Notwithstanding, nobody even reads past the title.
This moron of a comptroller is literally making the argument that the benefit is 8.4bn over 30 years. I’m sure somewhere in that calculation is some 40 year old who’s coming to work here eventually earning a top 20% wage and working into their 90s.

You can 100% bet they’re lying about social service outlays. When these low wage workers shack up and have kids, who’s going to support the women and children on $15/hr?

All the lazy residents will leave or get taxed out while these new migrants are preferred and will take over.
