It actually isn't, as it is in the middle of a metro/CSA of about 1 million people. Meaning, it is actually in the Albany area and is actually west of Troy as well.

Nope. I'm less than 10 minutes up I-787 from Albany, and surrounded by Troy to the East, and Latham, Loudonville (some pricey real estate there), Schenectady and Niskayuna and Colonie to the west, and Cohoes, Clifton Park and Saratoga Springs to the North.
I undersstand personal sacrifice but I wish she did not have to drag that dog into it.
The only saving grace was that she mentioned the dog gets dropped off at day care
when she goes to work.................Whew! Sigh and relief..................
