Are there term limits on community board chairperson and district managers? Not asking about members which have 4 consecutive 2 year term limits. I'm asking about the chairperson and district manager. Thanks.

I was about to say, this info is not easily researched? Not trying to be mean or anything.

Wow, I wish so much that you'd call 311 and see how they deal with that question.

District managers are hired by CB; changes in one affect other.

Again this is all out there...

Community boards, their district mangers and other staff are largely a lot of ego centric busybodies out for what they can get or get out of the position.

Good number will use district manager or other CB positions as stepping stone to elected office. That and or work political connections established during their tenure to move up and on to other appointed offices such as staffer for city council or state legislature office holder.

Sadly what numbers of persons who bother voting in local NYC elections usually do so by name recognition.
