On Oct. 26, Taylor Offer — a born and raised Angeleno — got a little too loosely goosey for the Empire State when he went to a bagel shop and made a very specific request.
In a viral post recently shared to his TikTok page and viewed nearly 5 million times, Offer recalled how he asked for a "scoop gluten-free bagel" at a bagel shop and was promptly directed to kick rocks.
I had never heard of a "scooped bagel" before, but per the article:

I'm not on TikTok but I've been seeing this video all over my news feed. People are apparently pretty riled up by it.
I don't blame the guy, bagels and pizza in LA are terrible. I am not surprised that they do a lot of weird things to their bagels like how they put pineapple on pizza out there.
To be honest I've heard this crap ordered at many a bagel place on LI. Usually ordered by someone overweight getting half a pound of chocolate cream cheese on their cinnamon raison.
