I like TJs too. I mean that I consider WF gentrification. TJs I do not. The prices reflect this. I wish there was a TJs around my way, I would stay in there.

not even deblasio can stop gentrification even in a pandemic as he tries to bring back the 70s and 80s
Generalization of better and healthier products for good prices is gentrification? Or maybe you believe these products SHOULD be reserved to a certain category of the population? Or maybe you don’t often go to certain Trader Joe’s. A few years ago the entitled Brooklyn gentrifiers, somewhere on Yelp or google reviews were complaining about how the «*ghetto elements had infiltrated*» their Trader Joe’s in Boerum Hill.... because according to certain people, Trader Joe’s though affordable should not be available to more «*ghetto*» populations... thank God Trader Joe’s is expanding, let’s get rid of Food Bazaar, this crap should not even be allowed anywhere.

He doesn't care, all he wants to do is to eat authentic Chinese food on a dining train car with Tulsi Gabbard. Give him these things and you won't hear a peep.

I wish they would open one in South Brooklyn somewhere. Atlantic Avenue is too far away.
I have heard parking is an issue (cant imagine Harlem has a ton of parking but maybe Manhattanites dont need parking) for a Bay Ridge Store. But, I would travel to Bay Ridge if they ever get it.
What about Caesar's Bay? They have parking, and plenty of retail space. There used to be a Waldbaum's there back in the day, but it closed when the Waldbaum's chain died.
I tend to eat organic/non-GMO. I have it delivered from three different online sources, and there are two stores close to me that have reliable but limited selections - Cherry Hill and Foodtown. Fortunately they compliment each other. Not too many duplicates from store to store, which increases my overall selection.
There is also a Keyfood, but organic/non-GMO selection is hit or miss. Literally, there one week, not there another.
Anyway, great news for Harlem - bringing healthy food options and jobs to the area.

You forgot manned space program too and more emphasis on preventive health
