Which boro or downtown office do you work at? Which garage tissue has your name on it? When's the last time you did a day in the street? Do you seriously not see what's going on around you? This city is f'd and you're asking about promotions........clueless. forget about promotions you dummy. They've been talking about demoting every probie supv for the past couple of months.

man don't give us hope like that lol - i keep hearing they going to use this winter as a "test run" to see how light they can run with supervisors and any hirings would come after night plow

but that might be the plan if theres really ZERO money and deficits and layoffs etc idk - didn't hear it from anyone high up, just talk
