With these kinds of jobs, are you guaranteed hire after you pass the exam?

For staff analyst series you will have a chance to land a job at an interview, as long as your list number is reached for an open position. This means merely passing will not be enough, you need to do the best you can on the exam. A job is not guaranteed either as you need to impress the interviewers but in my view the chances are stacked in your favor as long as you keep showing up for the interviews.

I've heard OLR is a terrific agency, and while many SA jobs are excel heavy, this one also includes a range of responsibilities that include interacting with other agencies. IMHO
