Could you share your log numbers if you already got a viewing. Im 11x and 70 AMI, submitted documents. Just wondering when they are going to reach out for a viewing or more documents. Thanks!!
Waiting on the same let’s keep each other updated so far for me it’s been 3 weeks since my documents been sent in
the 130 AMI two bedroom $2,750 comes with 2bathrooms, the master bedroom has the stand up shower and its very small. everything looks good in the pictures online but size is much smaller in person. You maybe able to fit a queen but won't be able to anything else, it would be a tight squeeze. All the other two bedrooms master bedrooms will fit a full size bed but not including a bedroom set and the other bedroom a twin bed would fit. Reside is moving fast. They had reached out for more documents on monday and set up a viewing for yesterday. No, I wont be taking the apartment. I had bought new furniture recently and would have to get rid of some. If I didn't already have furniture I would work with the space. I have come to realize a lot of lottery apartments are small. I really wanted the apartment for the washer and dryer
Are you CB / living in the area already? What do you think the whole sq footage was for the place and rooms?
I have CB and I'm a city worker. I don't know the size of the rooms but immediately when I walked I knew the apartment was too small for me. My log # is 2,xxx
The reason I was called so soon is because I have CB preference and I also work for the city. Having preferences allows you to skip the line ahead of someone with a low log # that has no preferences.
I hope you hear back from them soon and good luck. yes, let me know how things worked out
