It says it has covered parking, and laundry. It’s says there is a fee for the laundry. It doesn’t say there is a fee for parking. There is bike storage. There is a bus that goes all the way to 57th St in Manhattan.
For households employed in the general area this might be a good building.
I agree with you, unless there was a typo on the parking and storage.

sadly they already lied there is no parking all the parking spaces was given to planet fitness
Is there a bus that takes you the train? I have no issue with that.
so I live in the building that the planet fitness is in the A train isn't that much of a walk I find waiting for the bus to be long the only bus that takes you to the train is the B15 but that's only to the 3 train on new lots
I ended up applying that since I have been offered a job across the street as a therapist I decided to see if I can switch buildings. I just don't like my setup at my current apartment that I'm in linden terrace 1. that seeing the layout of this new building for 2 bedrooms I like how the 2 bedrooms are separate and the living room space is in the middle and the bathroom is far away compared to how it is now that my bathroom is literally too close to the living room. is there any one else here who currently lives in Linden Terrace 1 or is every one currently living in other areas

Hi I turned down a unit last year, due to poor timing.. but looking to apply for the new building. I saw on your previous posts you are looking to move from the building, but now looking to move to the new building.. As someone in close proximity, what do you think might be different/better in the new building? I also have a car and would reconsider based on your parking problems. Do you know if the new building parking would also go to the gym?

What changed for me is that I was offered a job across the street as a therapist so I took it and the parking situation is gonna be hard because they gave both parking garages to planet fitness but they are violating leasing terms because on the lease and flyer it states we are suppose to be getting parking but now they act like they didn’t promise that to tenants
I applied. Love the amenities hopefully there is parking. Praying for a low log number!
there is no parking here sadly they have provided false advertisement they ended up giving parking spaces to the gym for their customers and there really are no amenties in these buildings only thing there is a laundryroom
